If you are a fly fishing enthusiast or have always wanted to explore what fly fishing is about, now is the time to stop in at Troutwater Fly Shop. The Cle Elum shop is located downtown at 113 E. First Street, just a short five-mile trip from Suncadia Resort. Guided trips for rainbow and cutthroat trout are available year round on the Yakima, Methow and Naches rivers; trips are catered to all skill levels, from the first timer to the seasoned fly fisherman.
When traveling to Cle Elum during late February and early March, be sure to check out the shop's vast selection of flies and fly fishing gear. Throughout the month of March, stop in on Thursdays for fly-tying workshops led by Troutwater staff. For $10.00 you can create a specialty fly and chat about fishing in the area.
